1 rate.com took $49.95 out of my bank account just this morning, i have never heard of this 1 rate till i got on line to check my bank account. global finince took $225.00 out of my account i knew they where going to. but they took it april 18,2003 for a credit card, but never seen a card or can not contact them by the phone number that was left for me. could u help me and tell me what i might do about this?
