Do not use this company for any type of mortgage relief. They will try to get you to pay for services you can often receive for free through your lender or a HUD consuluer. Once they have your money you will get conflicting messages and delaying tactics and excuses. The person assigned to my case would often contradict himself in the same phone call or email. When I complained to the local BBB knowing they had acted unethically they offered a paltry a refund of 20% of what I paid them for three months of inaction. I rejected their offer and they are receiving a negative rating from the BBB. Do not use them under any circumstances.
