I placed an order for Christmas for my boyfriend, my stepdad, my brother, and myself and NEVER received my order! I placed this order in OCTOBER, and a few weeks later, I sent them a message.

I received an e-mail back and they claimed "We are so sorry, it is in route. Please allow 14-40 business days for delivery. About two weeks later, I sent them another message. I got the exact same response as the first time. Upon sending them a third message, I did not receive a reply and as I tried to click the link it said: "the site can't be reached, please try again".

Biggest waste of money! They should be sued.
