i was called around the 5th of april, a woman offered me either a free cell phone and a silver card for $199 or a free computer and a gold card for $219, $2500 credit limit with 4.6% apr for a year and 6% after that, i signed up for the gold card.. on the 8th i was electronicly charged $219.00 from my account.. i have not heard anything since.

i called the phone # i was givin (416-488-0219) and i get a voice mail of 1st capitol but its always full, so i cant even leave a message..

i was told i would recieve the card within 7 days, its been almost 30, im the sole provider, and $219 is a lot of money
plz help

just wanted to say that it is First Capital that ripped me off.. when i first filled out the first one i was furious, so just to be clear First Capital ripped me off not 1st Capital.. i guess there is a difference.. thx
