1st Florida Notary LLC Andrew Z. Company is a scam but you can get your money back Hollywood Florida

On Friday November 12, 2014 I took the online course as required to get my Florida Notary. I chose a company at the top of the list from the Gov website to get the bond. I chose 1st Florida Notary. I received an email from 1st notary acknowledging my application. I paid the necessary funds and they withdrew them from my bank account on November 17th. 

December 3rd I realized I had not receivced anythign and it was past the 10 days as promised on thier website. I called the company but the automated system said the company policy had changed they were no longer acepting calls. all inquiries had to be through email or the website. I found that suspicious and googled the company. I found the site (((REDACTED))). I realized I was not alone and that there were many others with the same problem for longer than I had waited. I contacted the insurance company that 1st Notary reported used. They spoke to me , researched and then called me back. They were unable to reach the owner or anyone at the compnay. They provided me with a help line number 877-693-5236 and from there I was directed to the CFO of Florida. They checked to see if 1st Notary of Florida had errors and omissions insurance. They contacted the company and advised the company woudl have 20 days to respond by giving me the money back or providing the service they were supposed to. Through that contact I was able to get my money back. The money was deposited back into my account today December 17.  I want to also report that I called anyone listed on the govenors website, left voicemails & emailed my request for 1st Notary of Florida LLC to be removed from the Gov website. I checked to day and they have been removed.
