1stcourt I signed up for the services and the charge was 29.99 and i wanted a refund and tried to email them and my emails to their support group could not be found so they got my money and i got bad services Internet

i singed up for their services and went to search for public records and it wouldnt let me unless i paid the county for the search. on their web site it garutees that you can have access to these kind of things and it was false.

so i tried to contact them by the e mail address that was on their site stating that if you needed a refund or have any questions to e mail their support team at support@1stcourt.com so i tried several times to e mail them and i kept getting the same response that the e mail address was not able to be found, so then i called and left a mesage and the recording said that to keep the cost low they have no customer servicce agents to help and to give them 24 hours to get your e mail and they would respond.

so it has been a week and i have not herd from no one. please help to stop these people from doing this to other people, and to get my refund from them
