Yes they called me on my phone telling me that I was picked for a grant of 7 , 200 i end up giving them 850 and then they directly me to the financial department know they telling me i have to give them 400 dollars to them to release my money see know i supposed to get 22,000 dollars i don't have money like that my girlfriend is putting me out it's hard out here know what should I do i don't have 430 dollars to give them i told them to release the 7,000 that was the first agreement for and they are a government in Washington DC
