21st Century Leasing Group practices are in violation of New Jerseys Consumer Fraud Act, N.J.S.A. 56:8-2, et seq. whereas 21st Century Leasing engaged in the practice of advertising vehicles as part of a plan or scheme not to sell the vehicle so advertised. In addition, it is unlawful not to sell the same at the advertised price and also a violation of the Consumer Fraud Act.

1) 21st Century Leasing Group company uses bait and switch advertising on the internet to induce consumers into purchasing a vehicle from them.
2) 21st Century Leasing Group is deliberately running false and misleading radio advertisements on a weekly basis (every Friday morning) on 87.7 FM just to lure customers into their showrooms. These ads are a systemic, sustained effort to mislead and misinform.
3) The automobile 21st Century Leasing Group fraudulently sold us for $43,184 was listed on the internet and pictured on the internet in numerous places at $37,995 and $39,995.
4) 21st Century Leasing Group placed the advertisements on the internet stated that the vehicle had 12,883 miles, when in actuality the true odometer reading for the same vehicle disclosed the vehicle had 14,657 miles.
5) 21st Century leasing group promised us that they would take over the remaining payments of their lease for an Acura automobile, and any and all other charges which may have been associated with turning the vehicle over to the Acura dealership, however, the entire amount owed to Acura was not paid off.
