2227 brandontowne optical charged humana for eye exam that I refused to have oerformed Brandon flirida

 I went to 2227 Brandon towne center optical with appt on February 6 2015. After a 4 hour wait I was told I was a walk in by a rude Dr. Sergio Pradilla. I got into an argument with the nasty receptionist called Christa n refused exam. I asked to get all papers filled out. I can prove no exam was performed. After 2 months humana gold plus was charged n optical paid for service not rendered. I have called optical n so called manager Monica has done nothing to correct it. Please take care of Dis matter.
