23feet.com, Retrofeet.com is a fraud/ripoff customers and send auto response emails but thats all you receive internet

i bought a pair of shoes from 23feet.com/retrofeet.com with my credit card 3 weeks ago and still have not received them.

i received an email from the company confirming my purchase but i became suspicious when i did not receive a following email with a ups tracking number. i sent a complaint email to them and received an automated email saying that they will respond when it is my turn.

now four days later from the complaint and i still have not received any response to my email nor have i received a the product.

i recently googled the website and found that there are other complaints with this company and fraud.
