The company left me stranded at LAX. they cancelled a pick up at the last minute. I called customer service to schedule an alternate way of getting home from the airport and they refused to help. the operator was rude. I had to use a taxi for the 1 1/2 hour ride home, cost me a fortune....I will never use this company again!
