2CO.COM*Malwarebytes Wrongful Billing

Malwarebytes never detected any malware on my computer; other anti-virus/anti-malware programs successfully detected and deleted malware.  For this reason, I chose not to renew my license.

Using the application, I selected not to renew. However, the company ignored my selection and renewed my subscription, anyway, charging me $81.59.  I immediately wrote the company, explained the situation and asked not only to cancel my license and subscription, but to refund my money and to acknowledge my request. I never heard from the company. I filed a compalint with my credit card processing company deciding tolet 2CO.COM fight it out with American Express.

In summary: 2CO.COM * Malwarebytes is a total rip-off. Not only did their software fail, the company renewed a subscription despite my explicit request not to do so ... and, then, the company cahged me $81.59. To add further insult to injury, the company has ignored two requests to cancel the license and refund my money.
