2ND TIME AROUND WONT GIVE THEM MY MONEY THE 2ND TIME AROUND Internet, Internet

Bought a old washer and dryer set from them...it was a bit pricey due to the age of the machines but was told at the time that they had a warranty and if anything ever happened to them that they would be serviced and repaired for free, unless is was caused by myself  destruction...understandable.  but was totally on board with it trying to buy local and they were close to my house..so i shucked out the money after bargaining didnt work due to "Randy" telling me that NFM doesnt give out good warranties and the extra cost from them would still be cheaper that buying an exptended warranty from NFM..

well...im 3 months into my washer and dryer and my dryer stopped starting when i pushed the start button..this happened to be over a 3 day weekend and so i went the 3 days then called on tuesday to inform them that the dryer was in need of service.. I was told that there was only a 6th month warranty <----WHAT? 
duh...i bought it in Feb...and its now June...who skipped out on math class??  so even if that was true im STILL under warranty... now "Randy" is supposed to call me on Tuesday...he dont..hes to busy buying up cheap merchandise on craigslist and selling them for double the price in this 2nd time around store. 

so Wednesday I call again...got another woman who told me that the warranty was for 60 days and I was out of the warranty.<<-------------WHAT???  they cant even get thier stories straight...she told me that it would be ludicis if she gave lifetime warranties...well not it wouldnt be since your crap is 20 freaking years old anyway... if i beat my dryer with bat...or dried my apple tree in it then NO i wouldnt call to have them repair it with my so called WARRANTY...but i just got done drying a load and added another one and nothing...no starting or anything... since it took them 5 days after the fact (leaving a message on thier vm got me no returned call as promised either) ...they would rather be confrontational and tell me that i was basically lying about a warranty and they have signs up saying that all merchandise has only 60 days...yes i believe you...im sure that the freaking ink was still wet on wednesday when I talked to the stupid *itch on the phone...she told me she would talk to her service guy<--- so now the service man is selling while this woman is out back smoking crack or something...she said she would talk to him and tell him he cant tell customers that things have a full warranty..THEN without a breath told me that she talked to him and he said that he never told me that...like im on the f*cking phone with you...and if you sell 20 units a week...how the hell do you know who your talking to??  lies, lies, lies.  I asked if Randy was standing there and she NO hes on a call...  Instead of telling me...ok since there was some confusion we will come out this time to fix the dryer issue (which was the start button) but then after this you will be charged service and parts... things would have not had to have gotten so heated...

I have put thier name out to many of my friends who have bought and sold things there... ive heard some werent happy but hey im not one to judge on just someone else opinion...but to tell someone something just to make a sale and not own up to the promise is just not good karma.. Have fun with that one 2nd time around.
