300DOLLAR DATA RECOVERY IS A SCAM!!
Brian Cometa claims that clean rooms are scams but the only scam in
town is his fake data recovery business. I did not only lose money
but I also lost precious data that can never be replaced because of
the further damage they caused.

THEY ARE NOT REAL PROFESSIONALS!! AVOID THEM. I WISH I DID.

SEE THIS VIDEO OF THEM. ITS REALLY
THEM TOO.

Maybe if I can spare others from being scammed by this company it will all be worth it.
Thanks goodness for RIPOFFREPORT.COM .

Sarkis K review is real!

AUTHOR: ASAP Data Recovery - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, April 06, 2017

Here is the proof, that Sarkis K is not a competitor, it is a real Customer, who was called by cross-defendant Brian Cometa a JERK in his email correspondence with the person, where he is referring data recovery jobs to.
When “Computer Service Company” referrers job to “Data Recovery Company”, it’s understandable, BUT, when Cometa Enterprises LLC (dba $300 Data Recovery) referrers job to another data recovery company, it does not make any sense.

300dollardatarecovery Response to ASAP Date Recovery Rebuttal

AUTHOR: Cometa Enterprises - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 08, 2017

300dollardatarecovery is of the opinion that Defendants Fuad Javadov (aka Frank Javadov) and Alver International Trading Corporation, the prior owners of "300dollardatarecovery.ORG" and current owners of "ASAP Data Recovery", are behind the Ripoff Report in question. This is due to the timing and substance of this report when viewed in the context of their other wrongful conduct described in the lawsuit filed against them by 300dollardatarecovery.

During the lawsuit, Fuad Javadov (aka Frank Javadov) and Alver International Trading Corporation admitted in sworn deposition testimony that (1) they own ASAP Data Recovery, a data recovery business that tries to compete with 300dollardatarecovery, (2) they created a website ("300dollardatarecovery.ORG") with a name almost identical to 300dollardatarecovery.COM to try to divert business from 300dollardatarecovery, (3) they posted the defamatory content on their website to hurt 300dollardatarecovery's business, (4) they did so because 300dollardatarecovery stopped referring customers to ASAP Data Recovery in 2011, because ASAP Data Recovery cannot compete with 300dollardatarecovery's affordable prices, and because ASAP Data Recovery has lost most of its business since 2011.

For more information about all of Fuad Javadov's (aka Frank Javadov) and Alver International Trading Corporation's wrongful attempt to interfere with 300dollardatarecovery's business, you can view the legal papers filed in the lawsuit, case no. BC577554 in the Superior Court of California, Los Angeles County, 111 North Hill Street, Los Angeles, California 90012.

The 12/20/16 settlement of the lawsuit forced Fuad Javadov (aka Frank Javadov) and Alver International Trading Corporation to sell their "300dollardatarecovery.ORG" website to 300dollardatarecovery for $600. This token amount was nothing more than reimbursement of Fuad Javadov's (aka Frank Javadov) and Alver International Trading Corporation's cost of obtaining the domain name. The purchase was for the specific purpose of forcing Fuad Javadov (aka Frank Javadov) and Alver International Trading Corporation to give up the untrue content posted on the website.

300dollardatarecovery agrees with Fuad Javadov (aka Frank Javadov) and Alver International Trading Corporation that any interested person should view all of the reviews for "$300 data recovery" on its Yelp business page. Since 2009, with 331 unfiltered reviews, 300dollardatarecovery has received 318 "5 star" reviews.

Update of Lawsuit

AUTHOR: Cometa Enterprises - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, January 14, 2017

On 12/20/16, Cometa Enterprises (dba $300datarecovery) settled its lawsuit against defendants Fuad Javadov, Leyla Javadov and Alver International Trading Corporation, the owners of 300dollardatarecovery.org and “ASAP Data Recovery” (a competing data recovery business).  300dollardatarecovery.org is the website that posted similar defamatory statements about Cometa Enterprises, including a reference to this inaccurate Ripoff report.  The defendants agreed to give up the ownership and operation of 300dollardatarecovery.org so that the defamatory statements would be removed from the internet.  During the lawsuit, Cometa Enterprises was unable to definitely learn the identities of anyone specifically associated with this Ripoff report, and Ripoffreport.com will not remove this report notwithstanding the outcome of the lawsuit.

Poster of this report obviously is a competitor who is envious of the overwhelming success and positive ratings for this business.  He has littered the internet with false statements about the business and has gone so far as to create fake videos purporting to be the business he is attacking.  Ignore any postings by Sarkis.
