David Weekley312 Ripoff Deadbeat Dad for the past 14 years of one daughter Sistersville West Virginia

I am the sister of the woman who was married to this loser. She literally wasted 9 years of her life with this person. In all of the time that they were together, he worked ONLY when he felt like it AND when he was sober enough to manage getting out of bed! His life revolves around alcohol and always has been this way. He and my sister had one daughter together for which he now owes a total of approx. $17,250!

He has, as most low life alcoholics do, made every excuse in the book as to why he cannot work or hasn't found work to pay back all the money he owes. Luckily, this daughter of his has figured out exactly who he is and won't even give him the time of day. He still attempts contact with her, only to reach an answering machine. Most times he has called, he is drunk or in the process thereof. I have witnessed(heard) a few of his attempts at calling and it is very hard to understand just what he's saying b/c most of it is so slurred that all the words run into one another!

I have learned of many occasions where, in one of his many alcoholic induced rages, he has hurt(physically) my sister. I can only say he's very fortunate that I wasn't around when this occured(I live in Connecticut)because he would've had to deal with me AND the police on a constant basis! I loathe this human being as does my sister and his daughter. He has proven only one thing to all of us..he is capable of nothing but taking and will never amount to anything more than the stuff we all scrape off of our shoes that we step in by accident!

I do wish that this lousy state would acquire more strick policies when it comes to these goof offs who seemingly are excused from the responsibilities they take on as soon as they are permitted to reproduce. In the state of Connecticut, not only are these deadbeats hounded by laws and lawyers, their pictures with ALL pertinent information is plastered up on huge billboards along the main highways throughout the state! This is one way of making sure that these people are exposed for exactly what they are AND adding the complete embarrassment of being visually exposed for all of the world to see!! Too bad West Virginia doesn't apply these tactics to their procedures for rooting out deadbeat parents. This would be something I, and all members of my family would like to see happen to this person. It is the very least he deserves..

I can only add that he is being sued for child support owed and was given one last chance to come through with monthly payments to my sister to pay for needed items for his daughter..He not only lied to the judge about having a job(which he does not have) but has yet to come across with any of the money he was ORDERED to pay. The judge told him that he was breaking the law and his acts were that of felonies. It seems that this has not made any impact on him either!

My sister has since re-filed this latest non-payment information to this judge and from what I have been told, they're going to be issuing a warrant for his arrest. Maybe some jail time will help jolt some kind of responsibility into his brain..I doubt this will help either..From what I have seen of him, there's not much left of him..His skin is turning yellow from his liver being saturated with booze..I think it's something that WILL take him..at least eventually..it's so sad to see that even this doesn't phase him..

Well, I appreciate the ability to report my information onto this website. Hopefully someone he knows will see this and add yet more humiliation to him..
