This man is 100% fraudulent. He called on our business and offered to provide a maintenance agreement on our Pitney Bowes equipment. We were initially surprised at how low the price was, but we proceeded with 360 Business Solutions and Bill Peraria for service. After a few calls, it became quite apparent that this man had zero training and was NOT QUALIFIED to work on our equipment. When we requested another Technician, we found out that Mr. Peraria was the only employee, and had his daughter answering phones from a remote location. Even to this day we are only aware of a P.O. box in a small shore town. Beware and steer clear from this professional Con Artist

This Negative report was filed by a Mark Gaston, Print Mangement,STR Business, He is my competitor in the same Mailing Market we are also in. The reasons for his negative reporting is we beat him in almost every deal that we are both in. I have NOTHING Bad to say about him or his company(s) other than its just Business WE NEVER dish on him or his business, we sell to his previous customer base that are now ASSIGNED to 360 Business Solutions when he was CANCELED as an FP Dealer
