Vinh Ly (a/k/a Phuc P. Ly) Vice President of 3B Auto, INC is a CROOK....He is a compulsive liar and a thief. He stole $60,000 from me and tried to cover it up by lying and sending me false receipts.
I sent my car to 3B Auto for restoring. He told me the parts will cost $60,000. I wired $60,000 to hime on Feb 7, 2019 and for 2 months, he kept lying to me that he ordered the parts and that they would be there shortly. He then sent me fake receipts in attempt to hide his theft. He has not to this day given me back my money. I heard he used it to buy equipment and possibly a tow truck for his business.
I went to Worcester Police Dept and filed criminal charges against him for "Grand Larceny by Trick" which is a felony. Police Report# 34843. I also hired an attorney to sue Vinh and his family corporate members for FRAUD.
If you confront Vinh with this $60,000 theft, he will lie to you and tell you I breached the contract by taking my car away from his shop. BUT what he won't tell you is I took my car away from his shop because I uncovered his lies and theft of my $60,000 he spent on his personal items and not on buying my car parts. I have never met a person like him who cannot stop lying. Truly he is a despicable human being.

Vinh Ly is a low life liar and thief so be careful around him. He is NOT to be trusted.

UPDATE 5-01-19:
Vihn Ly sent me back $15,000 of my $60,000 he stole from me. He claimed that he didn't have the $45,000 to send me (because he spent it). I also spoke with the Worcester DA's office who told me to go back to the Police Dept where the DA had a detective assigned to me.
The detective uncovered that Vinh Ly in fact NEVER paid for the car parts with my $60,000 and the receipt he sent me had "QUOTE" on it which Vinh hid when he sent me the receipt photo via text. The detective and DA said Vihn Ly committed larceny and they intend to charge him with the crime.
