I worked at 3FOUR1 for about 6 months, and in that time, saw over 40 employees quit after working for no more than a week. The owner, Adam Endick, is a true scam artist - he will do or say anything to get what he wants for free. He does not pay his employees, and promises ridiculous sums of money from commissions. He is clinically bi-polar, verbally abusive, and worst, PHYSICALLY abusive. I have witnessed this first-hand on MANY occasions. He has lost the business of most of his former clients, and half of the venues have stopped doing business with him. For more proof, just Google "3FOUR1 complaints" or "3FOUR1 scam" and you will see the many reviews of his unethical business practices. He has gone so far as to steal thousands of dollars from college students at SMU who put their events in 3FOUR1's hands. DO NOT waste your time or sanity working for this insane coward!

After over 5 years of going back and forth how to handle this untruthful post I have decided to address many of the issues. It is unfortunate 2 former employees that were let go decided to vent their frustrations in this forum. 3FOUR1 works with clients from any event size to help them find the right location or service for their event at NO cost to them; we are given a referral fee by the service provider. It is not possible for us to steal money. I have never been diagnosed as clinically bi-polar nor have I been verbally or physically abusive to any clients or staff. The statements above are not true and the reason you can find out the proof is because this person(s) decided to make the same post a few times about me and my company. I am truly sorry that anyone can post anything online about you no matter how false. I hope everyone that reads this post knows how horrible this can be to a person’s reputation with no recourse. I have no proof b/c all the posts are anonymous.
