3M CAPITAL INC. - Randy Wilter - Karen W. Montesinos Mail Sweepstake Scam! New Brunswick Nationwide

I recieved a letter in the mail stating I won a sweepstake sponsored by a group of multi-national companies in North America.

Included with the letter was a very real looking check in the amount of $4,591.93 The letter also explained that $3,500.00 once cashed would be used to cover the taxes owed.

The letter instructed me to call the bank to verify the amount I won and then to contact Randy Wilter @ (888)416-9285

I was very skeptical and before doing so I searched the internet for any scams involving this company.

I am VERY thankful that I did and found other reports of scam against this company before I made the huge mistake of following the instructions and cashing the check only to have it bounce and be out the $3,500.00 that I would have been instructed to send to this company to cover the taxes etc.

Please Do Not fall for this terrible scam!
