I , too , answered the ad for the protected territory, paid for it and 3 analyzers and have even paid shipping charges. I cannot get anyone at the company to return phone calls, e mails or inquiries. I am considering contacting the Attorney General's office in California. But am resigned to the fact that this is a scam.
