I ordered an EVGA video card from TigerDirect.ca and was offered a $30. rebate, when I went to claim the rebate, I was informed the video card was purchased before the start of the valid rebate period.

Tiger Direct denied responsibility, EVGA were unwilling to honour email support.

Tiger Direct and EVGA have lost a customer, sadly over a matter of $30.
