There are other companies and sellers out there using the name 5starautographs, I am not the only one using this name.  I have been sending cards to athletes homes, stadiums, arenas, halls of fame, buying collections, etc. for 30 years and have accumulated over 400,000 autographs, and have had several articles written on my collection.  I now primarily send cards to players homes, using a home address list published by Harvey Meisselman at www.sportsadresslists.com. 

Before selling any item, I compare signatures to those known to be signed by that particular athlete, and believe all the autographs I sell to be real to the best of my knowledge since I was not there in person to see that person sign the item.  I do a comparison just like third party authenticators.  If a buyer is not satisfied, I offer to refund their money within a timely manner, and this has rarely happened, since I opened 5starautographs.com in 2006.  Customer service is very important to me. 

In the past I have had items signed in person at shows, which were denied certification, by PSA & JSA at the National Baseball Card Convention here in Cleveland, and this is one of the reasons I do not believe in third party authenticators, because I am paying them for their OPINION, as to whether an autograph was really signed by that particular athlete. 

I have a multitude of customers, who have been very satisfied with purchases from me over the years, and have  submitted them to PSA, and they have passed.  I also have a good buyer that runs autographed cards from me by Chris Morales, who is only one of 4 federal court appointed authenticators in the United States, and he still buys from me as he told me that 97% of the autographed cards has passed Chris"s inspection.

  It disappoints me to hear of a complaint of this nature, becuase I have always worked with buyers so they are satisfied with their purchase from me. I am not a thief, shyster or con man and have always run a reputable and honest businesss.
