i had to borrow 300.00 dollars for a emergency back in may the loan aggrement was to pay 90.00 every two weeks plus the 1 time payment of 30 so the first payment was 120.00 since may i have paid over 680.00 overdrafted twice and they are still trying to get money from me i have cancelled my direct deposit and bank account. is there anyway to legally fight back.
