This company is committing fraud by selling fashion items it advertises as authentic, but in reality they are reproductions of authentic goods. I have tried unsuccessfully to get my money refunded many times, and the company does not respond to phone-calls or emails.
The company is listed on the Yahoo Shopping Network. Repeated emails to the people at Customer Service from the Yahoo Shopping Network have resulted in no action. They have refused to provide any additional information about the company, other than to report to them that a claim has been made against them. The Customer Service representatives are trully useless....
I purchased a Gucci Jackie-O handbag, and it was shipped via UPS in time for Christmas. When the clasp on the handbag broke, and I sent it for repair to The Gucci Group in NY, they returned it with a letter indicating the product was not authentic, but rather a good reproduction. I immediately demanded a refund of the 375 dollar purchase price with no success.
This company was previously listed on the Yahoo Shopping network as ChicAvenue.com, which had the same address and the same parent company - Blossom River Inc. Whenever I call Blossom River Inc. I am told the manager is not there and to leave a message for him to call me back.. I'm still waiting!
Please help me expose this company and the fraud they are committing.
