Christina and I live in shoreham new York - My daughter was sexually assaulted at a party where the hosts of the party were not charged. Then come to find out she was raped. The detective actually tried to talk my daughter out of pressing charges. He did NOTHING I found all the evidence, he did nothing. There's no justice for my daughter.her rapist is still at large and they will not let me pursue who raped her.. Hmmmm I wonder why! Unfortunatly my daughter had detective dunleavy. As I call him detective do nothing.. He should not be a detective!!! I'm still waiting for his call back , That was 3 months ago!

So because YOU cant find who MAY have raped your daughter, YOU wish to PUNISH innocent people BECAUSE they cant find the supposed rapist?? HOW is the person who had the party in ANY WAY responsible for the actions of another?? Im sure in YOUR MIND thats justice but IT IS NOT!!!! MANY young women will SAY its rape when it is NOT and that is because they dont want YOU upset with THEM. So they cry rape. REALITY has shown that while yes women get raped, 60% of all rape complaints tend to be the young lady just not happy with the choice they made. They put it on the male never thinking of the damages THEY are causing because THEY dont want to face reality. In THIS instance a DETECTIVE has probably found that to be the case. Just because your daughter SAYS she was raped doesnt make it TRUE!!!! Did YOU take her to the hospital to get a rape kit done?? Did they leave behind DNA that the police can reference? Is there ANY proof of rape?? These are questions YOU have to ask. If there isn't then all YOU are doing is taking a fight you CANNOT win!!! Let the police do their job. ITS THEIR JOB!!!! Things take TIME!!!! IF your daughter was actually raped then the rapist IS going to make a mistake and leave evidence behind so the POLICE can catch them. YOU going on the web to BASH the very same people YOU want help from because THEY havent given YOU the results YOU want is pettiness at its FINEST!!!! YOU are going to be awful embarrassed IF you find out that your daughter LIED!!! So MAYBE hedge your bets and LET THE POLICE DO THEIR PART!!!!
