This company is a joke.. I signed up with them and their service was horrible. I asked them to refund my money and its been several months now (signed up in August of 2008) and I receive no response from their support team. They supposedly have a 30-day money back guarantee.
Stay away from this company. Think twice before you send them any money.

You stated you signed up for the service in Aug. 2008, when was it that you requested the refund? It seems to me that it's been passed the 30 days, where did you send the request? I would suggest getting in touch with us again so we can look into this matter. There's new support personal.
