Claiming to be Microsoft employee (David Miller probably an alias) they were given remote viewing permission to fix. They then tried to mail me a check for $1000 dollars if i would provide them with the numbers from $400 of itune gift cards. They first tried to get me to use online banking to pay for the software fix. Somehow they tried to use Western Union to get @2000 from my credit card Citibank blocked the transaction. With computer illiterates like me this is an easy scam. Because he demanded that they take me off remote they locked my computer. They tried to call back repeatedly but I have refused to answer the calls.
