911 Restoration San Diego, CA 911 cause over $8000 worth of damage to the lower unit from hitting a nail within my unit then denying it San Diego California

This company charged me a lot of money to do a remediation job within my home.  We, the wife and I put  our trust in their hands, and we ended up Filing a complaint twice with the San Diego, CA BBB twice . These people do not tell the truth, and are sneaks.  At this point we still have a high mold count which was suppose to be removed when the job was done. We also asked for a thicker insulation and paid for it, but when we did an inspection we noticed a cheaper one was installed.  911 did remove it, but had we not say anything what would had happen. The second one noted on the BBB web site was due to a nail that  hit a water pipe within our walls. 911 did this and about 1 month later still no responce from them, chumps ha? .This nail caused over $8000 worth of damage to the lower unit. Look at the Better Business complaints.  There are two of them on this company.  They maybe cheep, but you get what you pay for.... Do not even think about this company
