 I ordered a cell phone charger on December 4th it is now January 21st, they told me it would be here a while ago. I emailed them the first time and they sent an email apologizing for the delay and said it was lost in transit and would send me a new one if the tracking hasn't moved by the end of the week. I wrote back a day later asking if I could just get a refund instead, and when I did hear back from them a few day's later,it was the same exact email word for word, it's basically a generic email that they send out. I hope there is something you all can possibly do, even if I don't get my money back ,i just don't want another person to have to get ripped off by them as well.
