A-1 American Plumming Price Gouge-Incomplete Job Virginia Beach Virginia

 Pipes burst and A-1 American was called on Friday,January 30, 2014.  They came out late in the afternoon and told me the pipes under the house had to be replaced.  They advised me that the job would cost $3,662.42.  They said they called to see if the check was good then started to do the work.  After about an hour or so they said they need a part and they would call to overnight it.  The next day they called and said they wanted tthe water to dry up a little.  Today is February 12, 2014 and they still have not completed the job.  This is a rip-off, horrible customer service and false advertising.
