A 1 Skateboards.com poor product dishonest failed to deliver as promised failed to credit billing rude Ripoff Wilmington North Carolina

Company shipped damaged and incorrect products. I received the shipment 2 weeks before Christmas. When I contacted them, they were very rude but they said if I would overnighted it back they would replace it and it would arrive back to us before Christmas. I returned the product via next day air at $27.00 for shipping. Tracking showed they received it the next day. I did not receive the replacement. We called for 3 days with no return call. No one would answer their phone, just an answering maching. When I called from a different phone (work phone) they answered. When I told them who I was they were very rude and said they were not going to send replacement. They said that they would credit for the return instead of replacing. My credit card did not show a credit so I called several times with no return call from them. I called from my work phone and they answered. They were very rude. They said the credit had been issued but it would take 48 hours to see the credit. I asked for a credit confirmation and they said it would automatically send on via email. In 48 hours I still did not have creit for the return nor an email as they said. I have tried to contact them via phone and email. They will not return my calls or emails. I am still trying to get the credit for the returned items and they still will not return my calls or emails. That is just bad business in my opinion.
