Rebuttal - For Every project that we open we have a document that is called a Completion Notice which is signed by the home owner. This document asks the home owner to elaborate on his experience and to sign off on the completion of the job. Every project folder that we have in our record has this document - this also assures that we are protected against any future claims of non completion and assure our final payment as is protected by the contract and the court of law.

Blogger Claims " I worked with the workers directly after the project was abandoned"

Rebuttal - The laborers that we employee have been with us for many years. They are our laborers and not sourced out, this is due to the fact that we have workmens comp for every and each laborer. Since this is something that is closely watched over by the state we have to abide by the law and walk a straight line. There is no way that anyone would have continued any work that was originally signed to our company with any of our workers as they are suppervised directly under the company's owner operator.

This is a straight forward example of how Ripoffreport website does not really verify true claims and their validity.
