The collections rep from AFNI phoned to ask how I wanted to pay for the collection of $25 related to AT&T phone service between July 1998 - May 1999. The individual had the incorrect address, town and date of birth; she wanted my social security number, which I didn't provide. She was very rude, aggressive and down right silly about what she was asking.
