A Little Crafty Custom Embroidery Ordered 5 custom quilt labels on December 27, 2013. Credit card was charged on December 29 th. Could not reach company by phone, or chat, or emails with chat content I sent. Left two voice mails with no return calls received. Did not know how to contact by an email until listening to voice mail. Sent an email to questions@alittlecrafty.com. Finally received a response from a Christine who said a second copy of order would be sent. It is now January 30th, and I still have NOT received my order. Sent yet another email. North Greece New York
