Moved from LA to VA and found Nationwide Relocation Services. They sub-contracted A-TOPPS Moving and Storage. The pick up personnel could hardly speak English and did not go over any insurance information with me. The large items I could not box up (bike, large bags) were to be packed by them. Those items are the only ones "misplaced" in their warehouse. I have filed a claim with them as well as BBB.
The delivery was horrible. The guy was rude and inconsiderate of my missing belongings. My desk was also damaged. I call A-TOPPs everyday to get a report on the status of my missing items.
I have called Nationwide and they will not help facilitate in getting my items returned to me through A-TOPPS.
