A Woman's Touch Cleaning Services Corrine Heggart Unprofessional, abusive, disreputable, liars, dishonest Calgary, Alberta

Corrine Heggart of A Womans Touch Cleaning Service is the rudest most unprofessional individual I have ever had to deal with.  I purchased the coupon on June 29, 2011.  I telephoned first to see when I could book the services and I had to leave a message.  As I had not heard from anyone I emailed on July 4, 2011,  requesting when I could get my house cleaned.  Corrine emailed me back and said that the end of July was the best she could do.  I telephoned her and spoke with her regarding what type of products she uses as we are chemically sensitive in this household and I told her we could not have

any chemicals here including perfume.  She said that that would not be a problem.  We booked the appointment for July 22, 2011, when they showed up I could smell perfume and I told the three girls that there was no way they would be able to come into my house with perfume on and that I was sure that I had made that clear when I spoke to Corrine on the telephone.  She said that I did not mention it and I said that I am pretty sure that I did as I tell everyone.  I also had told her that if she did not have environmentally safe products that she could use my products to do the job.  But that we would have to reschedule and they had to make sure that they did not wear perfume.  They said ok and we rescheduled for August 8, 2011 @ 15:30.  Well 15:30 came and went and they never showed up and never called to cancel or to rebook.  I finally got ahold of her after many telephone calls.  She said that they called everyone at 10:30 that morning and if you didnt answer they just went on to the next house.  I said no one called me because I was in all day and I would have had a missed call on my

land line as well as my cell and there was no such call.  She started raising her voice and said that they did call and told me that she doesnt need this stress and she is not going to deal with it and hung up on me.  I kept calling back and she refused to answer the phone.  Then I left it for a while and I called back off a line that she could not see my number and she answered and said that there was no Corrine there.  She just kept lying about everything and refused to answer.  Finally she did answer later and

I tried calming things down and told her that I am the customer she needs to fulfill her obligation.  So we set up an appointment for August 22, 2011 @ 15:30 and left it that if she had a cancellation that she would call me sooner.  On August 19, 2011, I telephoned Corrine to confirm that she in fact was coming on Monday, August 22, 2011 @ 15:30 and she confirmed.  I told her that I had a bunch of appointments to make and I didnt want to make them during the time that she would be here.  And she said no that would not be good and confirmed that she would be here.  Well August 22, 2011 @ 15:30 has come and gone and she did not show up and she did not phone to cancel or reschedule.  I telephoned her at 15:45 and asked if she was running late and she said yes so I asked when I could expect to see her, well I believe it was one of her helpers that answered the phone and acknowledged herself as Corrine because I could hear her in the background asking Corrine what she wanted her to tell me.  Well Corrine said that she was not going to come and she hung up the phone on me.  Well I telephoned back and as usual she refused to answer the phone.  So I no longer have any faith or trust that they would do a proper job or that they will even ever show up and I want my money back.  So how do I go about getting my money back? I have received my money back from the company that I purchased the voucher from so at least that part was good.  I did not receive any hassels they just credited back my c/c.  But I feel it very important that everyone know what kind of person they are dealing with if they hire this company and specifically Corrine Heggart.
