I thought they were part of the British company a1 engineering. They are not. They stole the name from the British company and attached USA on their name to deceive consumers. Then they advertise being better from other popular equipment. They are a very painful muscle stimulator that gives no results.
The owner is just an electrician that knows nothing about this type of technology. He is a fraud and his machines have no safety mark and they would never pass the safety rules because everything about them is unsafe. FDA should do something about people like that that make machines with no knowledge to deceive the consumer. All of you who see this message please pass the word.

The above report has no merit at all and was written by our competitor that has chosen to use this unmonitored self populating site with attempts to gain an unfair competitive edge by eliciting a campaign of vilification and making up false statements that make no sense whatsoever. We at A-1 Engineering USA offers the best machines and customer service anywhere. Our flagship machine is featured in the Vogue 2008 fall edition as the miracle machine".
Anyone who wishes to submit a legitimate issue should do so with the BBB which will authenticate any claim and will not allow false claims to publish. We are confident that the competitor will not want to engage in a mudslinging situation with us and will cease the above campaign of vilification.
