A1 Mortgage Corp, Greg Makozy & Maria Makozy Mortgage Company Owners Ignore Court Order to Appear at Deposition Cranberry Twp. Pennsylvania

A1 Mortgage and its owners / Greg Makozy & Maria Makozy ignored a Court Order from a Butler County Judge to appear at a deposition. Prior to the Court Order Greg Makozy ignored a subpoena to appear at a deposition while his wife Maria, who was required to appear was also a no show.

Stemming from a Jury Verdict from over a year ago, A1 Mortgage & Maria Makozy was ordered to pay an x employee over $50,000 / $15,000 to the x employee & $35,000 in Attorney Fees.

The Trial lasted just two days and the jury took only a few hours to return the verdict in favor of the x employee. A1 Mortgage had 30 days to appeal the verdict but they never filed any appeal. To date A1 has not paid a dime.

In order to obtain more information from A1 Mortgage a deposition was scheduled and Mr Makozy was served with a subpoena / he was also required to bring Financial documents. They have been ordered to pay money to an x employee and as of this date 7/29/2009 they have not paid a single cent. They have ignored a Court Order and a Subpoena to appear. Do they have something to hide ? Mr Makozy told his Attorney that he would never pay and he would run to South America to avoid paying.

We can wait Mr Makozy / you can run but you can't hide. All you need to do is pay the money you have been ordered to pay.
