Refused to pay $250.00 rebate because I didn't send copy of 2nd or 3rd bill. One rebate calls for 2nd month bill, other calls for 3rd month bill. I'm not shure what I sent but I can prove regardless I maintained service for all 7 months. They don't care because they came up with a reason to not pay at all.
