A4C.com Sent me a non working sound bar and won't respond to any communication. Flower Mound TX

I bought a Bohm sound bar after reccomendation of the Cnet cheapskate website. It arrived in an obviously repackaged box. Cables were included which didn't belong to the equipment and batteries were missing for the remote.

I hooked it up but it didn't work.

I wrote to the company on their website about returning the bar, waited a few days and didn't get a response.

I then sent an email directly to the support address without a response.

Next I called the phone number where they gave me an extension number for returns and heard :voice mail is disabled for this extension.
