AA auto protection awaiting refund for more than 90 days

I bought a used car at the beginning of April 2014 and since the car was used thought it would be a great idea to buy

extended warranty due to the fact the car was used. In Aug 2014 my car started leaking oil and I took it to the mechanic

now that my warranty was going to cover what ever the problem is because after all that's what I'm paying them for. The

mechanic inspects my car and finds that my head gasket may be cracked, well the mechanic calls my insurance and they 

tell the mechanic my head gasket is not a covered component I was livid I cancelled my policy right away and was told that 

it would take 90 days to refund my money that was in at the beginning of September we are now into the second week of 

December and I'm still waiting for my refund. I need a lawyer because this is outrageous!
