Our license IS current, we ARE able to work and this man has been paid in this case 100%. Everyone makes mistakes, its how you learn from them that make the people and/or companies who they are. We will continue to apologize, and not fight over this matter. I hope you have an excellent life sir, and I hope this is end of your troubles.

Well sure enough you continue to tell a consumer only what they want to hear.. I have yet to receive my judgement payment as instructed. You mentioned in the BBB filing that you hadsent it and you dont know why I continue to drag this on ? , It is obvious you have nothing to do with your time other than to drag this on.. Very unfortunate. I have contacted the CCB and they asked me to provide them the copy of the judgement so they can suspend your Business License.. Now if you operate without one you are Breaking the law.. Remember I have sued you also Mike.. and i will collect and garnish wages if needed to do so. 

  

It's not easy reading a review like this especially when it's about a company my family and i worked so hard to build over the last 21 years, one satisfied customer at a time.  I've thought a lot about the events that led to this very unfortunate situation and how the actions and those of my employees contributed to it in an effort to make sure it never happens again.  No one wants to get sideways with their customers.  I've come to the difficult conclusion that I let my pride for AA Rite-Way Roofing and our employees cloud my judgement and affect my response to Mr. Langer.  I was wrong.  Upon receiving the judgment against us, I should have simply apologized to our customer and wrote the check.  Instead, I tried to drag out the situation by threatening bankruptcy in an attempt to get my point across that I believed we were being held responsible for things we did not do.  That was a mistake.  AA Rite-Way Roofing has been in business for more than 21 years, we have an A+ rating with the BBB and are financially sound.  We will be issuing a refund check to Mr. Langer for the full amount of $4,200 along with this apology.  I hope this concludes this situation.

Your attempts to slow the process down are truly amazing. Threatening to file Chapter 7 bankruptcy - really. You should really do all of your home work first. I sued not only AA Riteway but you to Mike Wolfe as owner. I assure you I know you have $4,200 in assets that I can put a lean on. Also look into the part where the Judge told Steven that failure to pay means you would loose your drivers license. And future wages would be garnished all that time at a 9% interest back to me.. no problem take your time to figure it out. I want only 1 payment as the Judge ordered of $4,200 + interest. I WILL SHARE ALL OF THIS WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Only hurting your failing company even more.   

Documentation prevails always in the court of law..... If the above statements are a lie then why do you owe me a refund for the Poor quality, and unprofessionally installed roof? If I am correct I also won against you in the claim of breach of contract seings h*o the judge pro rated this portion of the payment! AA Rite way - admit you handeled this entire project in the WRONG WAY!! I will continue to voice my comaplaints on all the available sites until my Judgement check of $4,200.00 gets to me. Please take your time as it was informed to me it will acrue 9% interest... FYI - Lies never win in court. DOCUMENTATION DID!!!  .. I will say that Stevens Wolfes coment of I always tell the home owner what they want to hear to get the job was probably not the best thing to say.. That statement was documented in the court records and I will post for other to see what type of business you operate. I would say this is probably how we ended up in this position.. You wanted the job but did not have the experience to get it done.. Steven continued to say that the Skylights were soooo large and yet you advertise skylights as your specialty- LOL ... More Training ???     

This is a huge lie we are going to court with this man and it will be removed soon. He has already been denied putting up comments on two other websites because he was caught in lies. Everything he has stated is false and untrue. I can not even put a rebuttle to this accusation becasue it is so false.
