Mortgage holder BEWARE, Aames refinanced my home in May and forclosed on me in September after one late pay. When we contacted the company we were apologized to and offered another refi that would get us 25,000.00 out plus a lower monthly payment and a better interest rate.

Instead they forclosed on us at the same time they sold us to EMC Mortgage ( who surprising ly enough has the same legal representation as Aames Home Loan )And all of this was going on while we were still in the middle of a refinance.

Our family has now been given til February 28th to come up with a new loan or we will be put out of our home of 12 yrs.

WE NEED HELP!!!!!!
