Been renting off Arron's In oxford Maine since aug 2015 I signed papaerwork for the insurance when they first brought my dishwasher and refrigerator, everything was fine the. I signed the paperwork again in January 2017 well my husband passed away April 21 2017, I gave Arron's the death certificate and today June 29,2017 Arron's calls to let me know that the insurance that I had on my stuff will not pay off the contracts like it stated they would because it has to be 90 days but yet I had it longer than 90 days seeing I signed it in 2015 not to mention no where in the pamphlet or terms did it say 90 days,

Under arrons club courtesy waiver it states remaining lease payments would be waived and every time you rent something it's only a new contract for the new purches the other stuff is not included on the new contract so yes they did scam and lie and not follow through

Oh I forgot to also say that it claims it would pay all contracts off so even the ones I got in 2015 and 2016 and 2017, they are not paying nothing so yes they didn't stick to what they claim

This is incredible. By YOUR OWN ADMISSION, you signed a new agreement in January! The new agreement is what governs the terms of insurance coverage! No, I dont work for them.
