These people must be trained to lie and steal from people. While back had a riding lawn mower sale. they never had any of the mowers. then they try to put you in a used one ok great. mower came back cranked it cut one strip of grass engine bl-owned. Then they say we will have you a new one from hinesvilee ga. in two days . well two weeks went by nothing. I hate a lyre and a cheat. called the main manager. he did nothing about it so all Aaron employees in my opinion or train to lie and be crooked. will never deal with then. they need to find God before it is to late for them all! You people suck big time.

Well now we have no Pre owned mower due to lying about being serviced. now they say they are trying to get me a new on. And they want $2400.00 for a $900.00 mower must think I am stupid and any way, what makes me are any one think they will get a new one now when they never had any to start with . I am so tired of their bs I could vomit. and the poor lady that is trying to help is just being walked all over on. they do nothing she as asked at all. guess it is now time to go over her head, but it will put her job on the line. o well if you can not use your authority, you do not need the job!

Well we got an email today saying we had a mower, great we thought. Went to Aarons to see Troy the new GM not there so That looked bad when he knew I was comming in. Looked at the mower it was not serviced at all bad belts black gritty oil in in. Which says motor is bad or ging bad., No key to try it. Who figurard. Just lyed to again and now this is going to the big heads. Sooner or later they will get someone who knows how to run a store right and follow up!!!

Jessica helped me resolve an issue

I had a service issue with a store location and Jessica got involved with the situation. The second she was involved the service issue was resolved. I know from my experience there are certain steps she had to go through. As wonderful as Jessica was to help me with my issue I know she is doing everything she can with trying to resolve yours. Good luck to you and I am pretty sure Jessica is working to make something happen.

Well I got an email saying she was working on resoving the issue. a long time ago . Well to date I have not seen anything resolved at all. So I guess what every one says about them that has delt with them is true just a bunch of money grabbers with very little repeat bussiness. I can see why now.

Well I called got no were no call back even emailed nothing. You are true to the act of screwing the custormer it seems. Well this will make another good write up. Hopefuly this will make the National news on just how some of these Aarons rental stores treat there custormers~! Because they lie to make a sale!!!!
