The AB Circle Pro cost me 199.99 plus tax and that did not include the counter. I have to pay extra for that [go figure].
The video didn't tell me how much or how long to do it for.It was a 3 min. instructional. I would have to pay for the better videos [go figure again].
I gave it a chance for about 6 months anyway. I used it 5x a week.
It squeaks like crazy, and it doesn't feel like my abs are tightning. I also started having alot of pain in my knees. I know it was from the abpro because the pain went away when I stopped using it.
The bottom line is.
The AB Circle Pro is not worth the box it comes in!!!!!!!!!
