Product sent 4 months after purchase. Charge card charged immediately. Product returned via UPS (have tracking information). No refund received.

No phone # etc on documentation received with product. Can not reach. They do not answer E-mail sent.

They did not respond to refund requests. My last two letters marked "Return to sender" - Not deliverable as addressed, unable to forward"

Big rip OFF. NO REFUND. I am out $80.85.
