ABC Distributing Never Again Internet

I placed two orders with ABC Distributing in July and have finally received the last of my orders the first week of October. I know things are on backorder and what not, but that needs to be made known at the time of purchase and not a week or so later, and when an estimated date of shipment is provided, it needs to be more accurate and not change a month's length at a time from one week to the next.

I ordered a coffee table and two end tables, and the quality isn't the best (but what do you expect for the lower price?), but I had to reject the package of the coffee table because the packing was horrible! (as it always is!) I waited almost 2 months for the package to come in, only to have a corner completely dented so I sent it back with a request to replace it and instead without calling they simply reimbursed me and probably won't get an opportunity to have the table that matches the end tables.

The shipping costs are astronomical and unbelievable. The shipping charges for two reed diffuser sets were almost identical to the price of the two sets. I received an order of towels that I was not too happy about after waiting 2.5 months and decided to keep them only because I would end up paying almost just as much for shipping it back to ABC as I would to just keep them and maybe use them for the dog or something.

I love their catalogs and the variety of items they have to offer, but you get what you pay for and it's not worth trying to save a penny and get something a little less expensive here because the wait is ridiculous and the shipping charges end up making the prices almost double!
