Kimball quit paying his lease agreement for months while in the mean time he was stealing equipment and roofing materials out of the building that Kimball had not paid for. When contacted about this matter he would not pay past lease payments but would return material if we would drive down to Utah and pick them up. A time and place was arranged, but after the expense and time we waited five hours he never arrived or would answer our calls to this day. Kimball has now moved himself as a manager and listed Christine Hedstrom as owner. If you notice he has businesses everywhere and has been in trouble with the law over and over for misrepresentation and stealing.
