Chuck White owner of Abraun Contracting pretended to be a professional home builder/ renovator. After receiving money and starting renovations on our home, we quickly discovered there was no work crew. Chuck explained they would be here at a later date.

After a couple weeks Chuck quickly started asking for more money to pay for work he would need to contract out ie. electric, plumbing, heating, cable and phone wiring. After giving Chuck more money the so called professional electrician performed faulty work, and the plumbing was left half finished do to non payment from Chuck who we payed in full for the plumbing to be done. We know this because we finally talked to the plumber ourselves and he said he never received full payment and he was told by Chuck that we were not paying.

During the time we're waiting for all these contractors to show up, Chuck is coming into work a few hours here and there, and as well doing a little bit of this and that to look like he is staying busy. After confronting him about the money we were giving him and the little bit of work we were receiving he explained that he and his crew couldn't get in to finish until the plumber got in and finished, and he was also waiting on the wiring guy and heating guy. Chuck performs a few more hours of here and there work.

Obviously knowing were unhappy, Chuck comes to us and tells us his work crew has finished up work they had been doing that kept them from our house and were ready to have our home completed in three weeks. But, he needed more money to get them paid in advance explaing they would not come unless. We gave-he took. Chuck shows up with his electrician the next day for a few hours and says he's doing some finish work before the Crew comes. We don't hear from him for a week,he comes in at 7am one morning for an hour of work and leaves taking our cd player with him. We don't hear from him again for a couple of more weeks.

In the mean time we started having electric problems and contacted a different electrician and contractor who quickly discovered dangerous code violations in the electric work and also violations and shabby unprofessional work in all work performed by Chuck.

We have had the city inspector in who also quickly found violations and worked performed incorrectly ie.no fire wall, upside down framing studs, upside down support brackets, shappy taping, crooked drywall, covered/drywalled electric box panel, this idiot screwed drywall directly into our ductwork, upside down electric outlets and wiring through bare metal, etc. We have filed a law suit.

Chuck has been in contact by phone with us and has threatened us and as well claims he has hired a bankruptcy attorney. We have since found out Chuck White has a criminal record and has been previously arrested for fraud and theft.
